The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-round contest which will be shown in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Anthony Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "overpower" the American as the two fighters confronted each other to promote the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Ex two-time world boxing king Anthony Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge disparity - at Miami's Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Boxer's Attitude
"I'm going to damage his features and damage his physique. I'm here to prove my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, said.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will seriously aim to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Civil Exchange
In spite of such comments, a calm Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - normally known for his theatrics - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul rather criticized former Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian turned down a match opportunity.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, at the same time, criticized UK opponent Tyson Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"Jake Paul is superior to Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Fighter
Despite declaring he will damage his opponent, Joshua declined to talk badly about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he remarked.
Jake Paul's History
Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mainly fought mixed martial artists or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in last year.
Financial Success
However, the inexperienced fighter remains one of the sport's largest money-making draws, consistently making huge paydays.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old anticipated a KO victory in round four or five and claimed he would prevent the much-anticipated match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly in the works for two years from now.
"It will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
Physical Disparity
As both boxers engaged in the usual confrontation, with their size difference evident, it emphasized just how improbable this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the match is truly going ahead.
